Important Information

  • Certificate printing process will take 4-7 Days. You can track your certificate status by calling 0120-4271477 Please make sure you must have reference no. available with you at that time.
  • No rectification/editing request will be entertain after submission.
  • Request for issuing of Duplicate certificate will not be entertain under any circumstances. You need to again pay the total amount for the course you enrolled for.
  • You must collect your certificate in between 10 A.M to 5 P.M Mon-Sat (except govt holidays/festival). Make sure you have confirmed the status of the certificate before visiting to the premises.
  • KVCH will not be responsible for any Lost/Damage of Certificate through Speed Post/ Local Courier Services. We only recommend to collect your certificate by visiting the premises.
  • KVCH issued Student ID Card must be available while collecting the certificate from the premises.
